- DDanielvipSeattle / Eastern Washington •7 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Oct 2024You go to Shelburne Pub for the atmosphere and experience. It likely won't be your fastest meal--especially if it gets busy--but drinking and dining in the oldest operating hotel in Washington is absolutely worth it. As part of the Adrift group, the menu and food preparation are exceptional. The staff are lovely and the drinks well-made. And dining in the almost 130 year old building is worth the visit, alone. Admittedly, the Shelburne is a personal favorite. But if any of this sounds intriguing, then you should make a point of stopping in.More infoShelburne PubPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Northwest)• Seaview•4.5
