Waterfront is a small 50 seat Restaurant and Wine Bar. We have just begun our twentieth year of business and have established a strong following for the creations of Chef and Sommelier Mark Filatow. hands dirty, all the ‘firsts’ of our business”. BLOCK ONE represents the future as this vineyard block now produces some of the estate’s finest fruit for our international award-winning wines. You will be amazed by the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. Seating is covered by an engineering wonder in a one-of-a-kind cantilever that is already drawing attention in the world's architectural community. The restaurant moves to an equally impressive indoor space during inclement days and in the winter months.
