- CCoreyLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined on 2 Feb 2025We made reservations for 7:00 for my wife's birthday. As we were going through the day, we got hungry sooner, so we decided to go early and see if they could seat us. We figured if not, we could hang out at the bar until it was time, so win-win either way. They were very accommodating to us and seated us right away, which tuned out to be a blessing. As we were wrapping up our meal, a large group of young folks came in for their HS Formal dinner and the sound level greatly increased. No shade on the kids, they were just having fun and we not at all disrespectful. Just the noise level increased when they got there. Our server was very attentive to us, but never made us feel rushed. My wife got the filet medallions and I got the stuffed chicken. Her medallions were very good. My chicken was fine. Overall, we will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. It's a higher end cajon cuisine, so there are lots of very appetizing items on the menu. They have a more casual menu and vibe in the bar area if you are looking for something less formal.More info440 MainPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Bowling Green•4.4
- DDreamgirl78Nashville •2 reviews4.0Dined on 2 May 2024The food was ok but the service was great. The cook and our server was fantastic. The drinks were good (we ordered sweet tea.) We loved the atmosphere most of all. We got a belly ache and nauseated after eating there so I am not sure if it was the food or what. Cost $33 for 2 buffets. I wouldn't go again for food, but for drinks or the just the peacefulness, yes.More infoHartland Cafe - Holiday InnPrice: Moderate• Continental• Bowling Green•4.1
Discover Bowling Green
Referred to as the “Home of the Corvette,” Bowling Green loves its fast cars. In fact, the city has more than 70 on display at the National Corvette Museum. However, no trip to Bowling Green would be complete without some hometown eats. Local staples like Kentucky bourbon filet and chicken and waffles won't disappoint. However, you may also want to try one of the town’s popular European restaurants, steakhouses, or Japanese eateries, all of which located throughout the city. For a unique treat, don’t forget to visit one of the best ice cream parlors in Kentucky or one of the many bourbon distilleries.
