   We arrived about an hour early. We were hoping they had a bar inside so we could have a cocktail before dinner, but when we approached the young lady at the counter to share we had a reservation, she didn’t even look at my husband when he spoke to her. All she said was, we don’t open until 5pm. She had long black hair. She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t friendly if that makes sense. She didn’t make us feel welcomed and did not make a good first impression. If it wasn’t for the deposit we had to leave when we made our reservation, we would have turned around and left. So we decided to have a drink at a bar called “unknown”. When we went back to check in, another young lady with glasses checked us in, very sweet and wished us a happy anniversary. But we ended up getting the first young lady to seat us and that didn’t go very well either. I specifically asked for a romantic spot and she took us to a table instead of a nice booth. When we asked if she could give us a booth, she said yes but you have to go back to the front and wait. Ugh. Our mood was tarnished again. Thankfully we got an amazing server named Luis. He was kind, made a nice recommendation to try the rib-bye, wished us a happy anniversary & gave us a nice discount. The food was absolutely delicious. I wish I could have rated them a 5 but a great Personality and kindness matter and making your customers feel welcomed mean a lot to us.

   Absolutely amazing! Our server Luis was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we were treated like royalty. The A5 wagyu was the most delicious thing I’ve ever had in my entire life, but everything we had was amazing. Thank you Luis and Brook for giving us the best experience we’ve ever had at a steakhouse!

   Good food, good service, good atmosphere except for the rock music playing. And it was loud. I was most impressed that They remembered I was GF and they brought bread for me without asking. I love it. It made me feel valued as a customer

   Scotch 80 Prime know they make bad food. We sent back our food and the manager never came out to see if they can rectify the issue or provide us with a substitute. They just removed the item from our bill no questions asked. I have dined at other 5 start steakhouses and this was the worst. The mac and cheese was absolutely HORRIBLE. It tasted like it was made with old sour ingredients. The chopped salad and French onion soup was bland (how do you make a bland salad?). The only thing they can make very well was a steak. It was so disappointing to have an amazing steak and the rest of the food taste so bad. I will not give them a second try.
