   Our first time dining here and cannot say enough about how wonderful Bliss is! Such a charming restaurant. The service is amazing! Our waitress, Courage, was sweet and so attentive. The rest of the staff was was well. Our drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious! We are from Bellmore but will absolutely take the drive out to dine there again. Thank you for the amazing meal and top ten service!

   I moved from New York City to Long Island and have been searching for my "Go-To" restaurants. My fiancee and I love this restaurant and, it is on the list. Here's why. Ambience, our fabulous and attentive food server (shout out to Alexa), the food (the pignoli crusted red snapper is a MUST and I'm not a "fish" person) , the overall service and a reasonable price for wonderful food (these days, it feels lucky if you get 2 of these things). The icing on the cake was we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ron (who has been in business for 21 years --quite a feat in the restaurant business who was personable, helpful and even made my perfect martini. He was so hands on in a loving family way with all on his team AND making sure his customers were happy. We are and we will return! All I have to say after many disappointing meals and experiences as I search for my favorite places on LI, this one was a Godsend!

   Great restaurant! Just moved to the area and great recommendation from friends. Delicious food, great servers! Ordered bolognese and it was a bit too spicy. Bolognese is usually a creamy meat sauce. Great menu. Great choices! Next time I’ll try something else. Will definitely go back.

   The calamari which we always order as an appetizer was small, battered, tender, and not at all greasy. I had the Chilean sea bass (perfect) and my husband has chicken française - also yummy! This has become our go-to place for entertaining, as well as a great place for a nice dinner. (Weekend nights with live music can be crowded and noisy).

   We had reservation at 7:00, and had invited another couple to join us. The entire place was packed and the live music began. We arrived 15 minutes early, thinking we’d have a cocktail before our guests arrived. One table for 4 finished at 6:55, and the servers wasted no time in readying our table. The others arrived a few minutes later, and we had a lovely evening. The food was predictably delicious, and it’s always a pleasure to go there. Hint: Friday evenings are very busy, and it was difficult to converse with music playing. Great place!!
