Everyone, from beautiful models, young professionals to families and businessmen, flock to Serafina Always for its energetic ambiance and delicious cuisine found in this upbeat three floor restaurant.Based on a very authentic approach to Italian food and using only the highest quality ingredients, family recipes are adapted by Vittorio Assaf and our expert chefs. Choose from a variety of thin crust pizzas, homemade pastas, pizzas and fresh grilled meats, fish and vegetables.
UPDATED COVID-19 POLICY:In adherence to the NYC mandate, all eligible guests 12 years and older must be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter our restaurant.You will need to provide proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccination to enter & dine indoors. Food portions have gotten smaller since Serafina expanded globally. The quality also changed. Our daughter’s pasta was an appetizer portion. The veal scallopini was a small portion, the potatoes were not cooked through. We miss the original Serafina.

It is an excellent place to go. The food is great. The restaurant feels very homey. We had Caesar salad. Spaghetti pommodoro and milanesa. 100 percent recommended

Not as impressive this time. We visited the Tribeca location last time, and it was outstanding. Serafina Always was just okay. We had a reservation and were seated late, being made to stand in a very awkward spot to the side while waiting. The staff was what I would call on the edge of pretentious and rude. We were not offered a spot at the bar to wait or anything. We were seated upstairs with a million screaming children at a table up against a window. It was extremely cold and very little space to maneuver. Had a great bottle of Malbec but the food was just ok. Would not return.

Not a good experience. Didn’t get our meals brought out together. Extremely small portions for the price and food was lukewarm at best. Dined there once before and it was delicious. Probably done dining there. Too many inconsistencies.
