Paris 7th … as in West 7th Street, where we are located in the cultural District of Fort Worth just west of downtown. Paris 7th … as in the very cultural 7th arrondissement of THE Paris.

The Paris 7th district is where you will find some of the world’s most recognized landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Orsay and Les Invalides Museum, home to Napoleon’s tomb but also, a quartier known for its fine French food. Cafés, restaurants and gourmet shops are woven into the beautiful streets of the left bank but since we can’t go tonight, here we are at Paris 7th. Let us entertain you!

After 33 years as Saint-Emilion, we moved the menu just down the street, here, to a more spacious dining room. Now, we have a kitchen worthy of all that our talented kitchen staff can turn out. We have room for our ever-growing wine collection and tables to accommodate parties of 8 and sometimes more. We even have a petit lounge where you can have a cocktail before dinner.

Exceptional. Elegant service, delicate presentation, perfectly paired wines, inventive and layered flavors. Host/Owner Chris, Chef Mark and their entire team continue to elevate the experience with arguably the best wine, food and service in the metroplex.

We were greeted by the owner/Maitre D and seated quickly. The waiter offered to take our coats, which was a lovely gesture. We had the cheese platter for an appetizer, which had a delicious array of cheese, fruit, Dijon mustard and fig preserves. The Chardonnay was different, but very good. My husband had the lamb special, which he said was fabulous and I had the beef bourguignon made with wagyu beef. When I say it melted in my mouth, I am NOT exaggerating! It was mouth watering! The chef came around and asked us how we were enjoying our meal, which was such a nice touch. The ambience was quiet and just delightful! My husband and I were able to talk to each other without a lot of loud voices around us. This will be a new favorite restaurant and we will be back soon!

As usual service and food were excellent. The blackboard specials of quail legs and veal chop were excellent. Recommended wine pairings made the meal even more enjoyable

While the service was impeccable, we were rushed out from our dinner. A 45-minute turn made an otherwise perfect dinner harder to savor.

Hello Francois, Thank you for the review and stating that our service is impeccable. I would have to disagree however on a 45 minute turn this is not the case as you were with us a total of 90minutes after reviewing check and video, Furthermore no desert was taking which might make it seemed hastened and there was no second seating for a "turn". Thank you again for your patronage and review. Chris S.

A non de script strip center creates a low expectation vibe which quickly changes to excitement once you pass through the front door! From the lady greeting us to the seamless, knowledgeable wait staff to the delicious food (steak frites, beef bourguignon, short ribs…) and elegant dining room…combined for a memorable anniversary. We don’t normally do desert but our son’s (and GF) Brandy Ice and our Berries deserts were an absolute smash. Finally, Our son would say “don’t leave without having the frites!”.

New Year's Eve in Paris? Well, at Paris 7th! This is our favorite restaurant and we were not disappointed. We started with French Gimlets, duck rillettes and scallops. My husband had Alaskan halibut and I had the ribeye (which I am enjoying the leftovers from for lunch as I write this). My steak was perfectly medium-rare. Scalloped potatoes for two were creamy and wonderful. We ordered a brandy ice to go (that's legal in Texas now!) and took it home to enjoy by our fire pit with an Arturo Fuentes cigar. Chef Mark Hitri and Chris Salvador, along with Josh and Christopher and the rest of the team made us feel welcomed and as if we were celebrating with friends. Wishing the team a prosperous New Year!

Paris 7th is the very best fine dinning experience in Fort Worth! Another culinary terrene of excellence. Chris and Chef never disappoint. Nonetheless it was New Year’s Eve, their hospitality and warmth was palpable. Wait staff is always engaging and friendly, and service timed to perfection. The pillowy gnocchi melts in your mouth, the Dover soul is excellent and consistent as always. We return often ,but clearly not often enough. Five star! Greg & Sunny Jaryga
