   Ambiance , food, service and esp service surpass the other two restaurants in Eaterly. Tucked in a corner so noise from passersby is minimal. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. Our server was Ayaka, superbly knowledgeable and friendly. Tiramisu and Yukon potatoes a must.

   hi we had dinner with you on Dec 25th. The food and ambiance was fine; the servers were fine too but the whole rollout was disorganized. Problems included - being given no serraded knife with the pork (which was difficult to cut with a regular knife); the first course plates were not cleared when our main course suddenly arrived and though we had finished, no one removed the starter plates until we asked if we could clear some room on the table. For dessert though we had all ordered the same thing - the pannecotta - the pieces were significantly differently sized and the server ran out out of mascaparone. Then she left us there with no utensils. We waited and waited and eventually my husband went to look for someone to provide untensils. We were never offered a second round of drinks - though we would have liked those. Never had them. We had multiple servers - the first one left just after taking our order and I was not clear who - or if anyone - was responsible for our table and we were left pretty much on our own. We could not tell if the problem was staff inexperience, whether you were overwhelmed by high demand or just incompetence. They were all polite but the service was overall quite inadequate given the price and occasion. We would have paid more to have a smoother ride.

   I recently dined at Trattoria Milano, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the meal was the osso buco—it was absolutely phenomenal. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor, paired with a rich, savory sauce that complemented it beautifully. The atmosphere at Trattoria Milano is warm and authentic, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a cozy corner of Italy. The staff were attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the evening. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Toronto, Trattoria Milano is a must-visit, and the osso buco is a dish you absolutely can’t miss. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their incredible menu!

   It is kinda small portion of food or it is not equal to the same value of the food portion. It is over charged or it is kinda expensive in downtown Toronto venue ? However, the staff are nice n in good service.
