   The server never once came over to check in on us after our food was delivered. We had to flag someone down server times to get what we needed. Food presentation was great and tasted good.

   Great veggies, good for groups with a reservation (space is not super large, but they were very accommodating). Not too loud, so great for conversations.

   Absolutely love Westville. The food and drinks were delicious, however the service was not what I typically experience at a Westville location. Our server wasn’t very personable and bothered our table a lot. When it came time to pay, he disappeared after we told him we had a gift card (to get a manager?) and began helping other tables until he returned nearly 10 minutes later and processed the transaction himself without a manager. We were on our way to a show, so we just wanted to pay and leave. He made a comment about how much we were tipping as well, which was extremely bizarre.

   We enjoyed our dinner experience at Westville Hell’s Kitchen. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent and arrived fairly quickly, and was reasonably priced for Manhattan. We were looking for an affordable restaurant not too far from Lincoln Center that took same day reservations and Westville Hell’s Kitchen certainly fit the bill.Would definitely recommend!

    I'd been to another Westville and really appreciate how their food is so fresh, healthful and high quality. That said, though it was Saturday night and waitress agreed, on arrival, to get us out in 75 minutes, we had to ask other staff to bring her to us several times, and another staff had to get us our checks and take care of payment. My friends' food was excellent, and my asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes very good but my chicken cutlet was dry and so tough I had to ask for a steak knife to cut it. We would go back, but not at a busy time, and not with a theater curtain deadline.
