   They will not honor your Groupon even if you bought it in good faith before they stopped honoring them and well before their own expiration date. Be prepared to pay full price. Our bill for two meals, plus one glass of wine, tax and tip totaled $181.00. It’s impossible to eat $100 worth of meat there. The slices are very thin, portions for filet were about 1.5 inch cubes, lamb chop meat portions are about the size of a cereal spoon. Even though it is all you can eat, you are still not eating that much meat for the end cost. Now for the good feedback- staff are polite and attentive. Everything is very clean. Cultural music plays quietly in the background appropriate to their heritage.The flavors are nice, the meat is seasoned appropriately (not over not under). Most of the cuts are cooked to medium rare (thicker end) to well done (thinner end). If you are a woman that likes it on the rare side, you need to point to the thicker end of the portion and they will happily cut you some, their assumption or perhaps experience is that most of their female customers request the well done side. So just ask for the rarer side and they will slice it for you! They are super nice about it. It’s a unique experience and everyone should go at least once, if only to form their own opinion. Another positive is they have free when validated covered parking in the garage off Sierra right next to Pegs Ham n Eggs. Also, there is not a formal dress code. Casual wear, jeans and even hoodie sweatshirts are acceptable attire.

   We were seated in the upper section of the restaurant and were bascially ignored by the staff. Our waiter was great but the staff that serves the food ignored our section. After being ignored for a very long time, we asked our waiter to ask them to service our area. His assistance helped, but we still did not receive the same service as the main floor seating. We saw several food items pass our area which never came to us. Disappointing.

   The food was AMAZING! Service was a 10. The garlic steak and the sirloin were probably my favorites. Troy, our experience guide, was warm, friendly and personable. All staff were friendly. We're from Oregon and definitely will be back.

   Churrasco is a meat lovers fine dining experience. My wife and I enjoyed great services, amazing flavors in the sides bar, and all the fine meats you can eat. We will definately be adding it to our Reno favorites list.

    Manager rushed us out and I did NOT appreciate that. It's $70 a person to eat here and its ALL YOU CAN EAT. I WAS NOT DONE. I repeatedly told the staff we were NOT ready for desert and I wanted more meat. Eventually I gave up.
