   We had the worst meal at this restaurant. My husband had 2 separate entrees; both were horrible. First ordering the Cioppino, the sauce tasted like raw tomatoes and the fish and shrimp were over cooked and rubbery. Ordering a second entre of chicken fettuccini alfredo, the pasta was undercooked, and the sauce was so watery it had absolutely no flavor. Our waitress, Mia, was very sweet and extremely apologetic. Unfortunately, our next encounter was with Oscar? Manager? do not know who he was as he never introduced himself. Not only was he condescending to my husband but came very close to calling my husband a liar. Although, my crispy chicken Picatta had some flavor except the potatoes were lumpy and like glue. The butter sauce had to be drained into another plate because it was swimming in it so the crispy under part of the chicken patty was no longer crispy. In all fairness, the calamari were edible and had flavor. If Oscar is truly a manager, he needs to go back to training for dealing with customers. Horrible experience. Thank goodness we decided to go somewhere else for our actual anniversary dinner the next evening.

   The food was really good and we could not believe how reasonably priced the dinner was for four people. We really loved the focaccia bread "to share". It was fluffy and delicious. The main dishes were enjoyed by all. It wasn't that noisy in the restaurant. We were able to have a regular conversation without having to yell above the noise.

   This was our first time at Bellissimo Ristorante. I had made reservations for our visit and they ask on the reservation system if you are celebrating a special occasion and we were celebrating our anniversary. We were seating right away and the server came to our table fairly quickly but seemed rushed even though the restaurant was not busy. Our anniversary was never acknowledged which is fine but then why ask on your reservation system. I ordered the cheese lasagna which was good but definitely could have been heated longer. My husband had the beef short ribs which came with a sauce that was a bit sweet for his taste. When the food came out I asked about getting some bread to go with our meals. We were offered garlic break that turned out to cost $6 and it came out burnt, not much butter and little to no garlic flavor. The waiter never really did check on how everything was. My husband left most of his food behind and opted to go back into the casino. Overall, this was just an average meal and I probably would opt for another restaurant within Casino del Sol next time we go.

   We found the price was very reasonable. The food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. Our waitress was extremely efficient and helpful when I asked a question. She went above and beyond. We will definitely return with company arriving soon.

   The food was great. Was a little taken back by the waitress encouraging us not to get one of the meals we ordered. She shook her head no and said “I wouldn’t get that, it’s nasty.” I ordered it anyways and it was delicious and exactly what I wanted. The bruschetta and calamari were delicious and both pasta dishes were amazing! Overall, our service was the biggest negative but the restaurant and food was just fine!

    Extremely slow service. Long wait for first server. Long wait to take our order and finally luke warm food. First time we attended my wife was so happy with the experience, we returned a year later for a birthday dinner for her. Drastically changed. We were not the only ones. Plenty of patrons around us with no food and empty glasses.
