   Food was delicious. One of the wait staff removed our bread from table, with appetizers... we had to request another bread basket with our pasta course. Our Server was excellent... (until our dinner was completed... and waited > 20" to ask for bill, and another 15" to receive bill). Dessert menu needs improvement. . another table received wrong entrees and one entree was served without the "shrimp" which was supposed to be in dish... Obviously, restaurant was under staffed.. We were seated by kitchen, and overheard wait staff yelling at kitchen staff... Also... seemed weird that someone asked to take "complementary" photo of our table, then returned later to "sell the photos."

   lol the lemon ambience could have been a little more fuller in the inside. A little to tight with the seating if your paying $$$$ I need space to move around. Waitress couldn’t even move through the tables comfortably. Overall the food was great. Would loved to have chunks of lobster in the ravioli tho

   We’ve been coming to this restaurant many times before and were always impressed with the food quality and service. This time on the 16th of November 2024, we were so disappointed. We shared a salad which has tomatoes, lemon vinaigrette and a big blob of cheese. The salad was mediocre to say the least. We both ordered the gnocchi, one with pepper sauce and one without the pepper. The gnocchi’s were over cooked and were nothing more than blobs of pasta swimming in Alfredo sauce. We’ve had this dish before and found them perfect, not so much this time! The pepper sauce was nothing but a sprinkle of pepper on top of the sauce. The service was awful! We waited at least 15-minutes after our meal before the waiter came over to see if we wanted anything further. He passed by us several times and knew we were done. Then when he came by he just blurted out the price and didn’t provide us a receipt until we asked for it. It’s evident that the food quality and service have gone down significantly. We will not be returning anytime soon! So disappointed!

   Our waiter was kind of rude , short and acted annoyed by us from the moment he saw us . His demeanor was very different from other waiters. We felt like he thought we were not good tippers, or because we were black . Anyway very poor service, but good food .

   Absolutely atrocious: our group of friends came here for a birthday, and our experience at Allegro has to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. This started right from the beginning with our reservation. The hostess indicated our table was ready, then when we were in the restaurant she stopped and said it wasn’t, ushering us back outside. We then waited another 20 min before I reminded them and the staff had forgotten we needed to be seated. Our group of 3 was seated at a table for 2 that was unstable and the top kept tipping. Unfortunately, a server smashed a glass over from the table next to me that drenched me in liquid and smashed under my chair. These things happen but it was dealt with in an inappropriate manner with no consideration to our party. We were then re-seated and ordered drinks. My drink never came and I had to ask my waiter 3 times before I got it. We ordered appetizers and dinner for all. After an hr one of the entrees came out before the appetizers and that friend had to eat alone. The rest of the food came out all at once, the majority of it cold. I had ordered a steak medium rare, which was fully cooked through to well done and so bad it was inedible. I also have a few allergies which the serving team said they would confirm with the chef, when the food came out it was apparent that our server had not even talked to the cheif even after explaining the severity of the situation. Their solution was to give our table “free” bread, I’m celiac - noted in the allergies. If you’re thinking about this place, just don’t. It’s overpriced, poor quality, poor service and not worth your time.

   We had a great experience at Allegro. The food from appetizer to entree was excellent. Our waiter, Diego, made a wonderful recommendation on an Italian red wine which added to the night.
