Seventy years ago, Legal Sea Foods opened as a fish market in Cambridge, MA and has since cast a wider net – now operating restaurants along the east coast as well as its own Quality Control Center on Boston Harbor. Legal Sea Foods' iconic tagline, "If it isn't fresh, it isn't Legal!" speaks to its legendary fanaticism for seafood quality and safety. Judged by the standards of airport restaurants, this may be a 5. It's much closer to being a real Legal Seafoods than you'd expect from something in a terminal, with a decently large menu, real service by a pleasant staff, etc. It is of course kinda expensive, but anything at all comparable at an airport would be, too, and it's far better than (for instance) the seafood restaurant at JFK that has instituted terrible app-based ordering.
