Great location, perfect for eating after we had been ice skating. Glad we booked too as it was very busy, food and service was good.

These is my third time at this restaurant and i always love the service and food! We leave in Mexico City and always recommend this restaurant to my friends!

This was my third time eating at this restaurant—all three times were the same time of year— and I have to say this time was disappointing. The wait staff ignored us and the hostess was kind enough to take our order. No one checked to see if we needed more drinks or water or how our food was when it FINALLY arrived. My fried BTW were cold when my food did come to the table. My daughter’s steak was incorrectly prepared and tough. I’m assuming they were understaffed or mismanaged. I would not go back based on this experience. The fact that 20% was automatically tacked on to my bill given the quality of the service and meal was outrageous.

We got to the restaurant about 25 minutes before our reservation just to check if our table was ready. The hostess couldn’t have been more rude. She said very sternly “your table will be ready at 1:00 which is when your reservation is.” We came back a little before 1:00 and were seated at almost 1:10. One of my friend’s asked for her burger well done & it came out medium. She sent it back. Our meal overall was very rushed. Would not be back here again.

There is no kids menu, however there are kid friendly options on the menu - except pizza was listed on the menu and unavailable when we went. This was a big miss. If you don't have it, it should not be advertised on the menu. They charged $18 for a plain pasta with butter for a kids meal. They offered "chocolate milk" for $6, but it was really just water with hot cocoa mix and it tasted awful. They even listed it on the check as hot cocoa. They got my order wrong and I had to send it back twice. Third time was a charm. Fries were cold. The staff was friendly, but I would def not return. I imagine rent for the space is very high, however, the prices did not match up to the quality.
