   Dinner was fantastic; overall a wonderful experience! Our server Will was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the night. His recommendations were superb as he guided us through the menu. We ordered the French onion and rock shrimp to start. Will surprised us with the beef carpaccio - all was well seasoned and presented. For entree my date and I shared the 16 oz ribeye, mushrooms, and steak fries with sauce bernaise. Steak was cooked to perfect temp, mushrooms were glazed in beef jus, and bernaise was very tasty. We ended the night with a Brandy Alexander: light and delightful. Very pleasant night. The Brass Ram was intimate, not too loud, and a very appealing place to be. Hats off to you and the team Will - thanks for a fun night out, my date couldn’t have been happier

   Loved it! Everything was delicious. The popovers felt a little burnt and sometimes our waitress was a little hard to find for another drink, but those are very minor details. Can’t wait to come back!

   Perfect for large groups! We had a work dinner for eight on a slow Tuesday evening, but that didn’t affect the exceptional food and service. Our waiter went above and beyond, even suggesting more budget-friendly options instead of everyone ordering their own prime rib. From the delicious appetizers to the incredible carrot cake dessert, everything was top-notch. I’d highly recommend this restaurant for both small and large gatherings.

   Best prime rib and service in town. Incredibly kind staff and a fun, unique atmosphere. This has become my favorite place to get a steak in Dallas!

   I did not care for my meal. The manager was kind enought to comp it. I will be back to try something else. My coworkers really liked theirs.

   My dining companion had the prime rib which is the house specialty. Her entree was very good but i couldn’t order that because they prepare their prime rib with a flour crust (!). So i got their filet which was terrible, dry tasteless and oversalted. The wedge salad was very good however. When i told both the waiter and one of the managers about the filet they were apologetic but did nothing to try to give me a reason to return. Needless to say i won’t be back

    The prime rib with Yorkshire pudding was very good, and so were the mushrooms as a side. Service and ambiance were great.
