This place came highly recommended and my party of 7 were all excited to try the food. The reviews were fairly good. We made reservations but arrived a bit early. They were very accommodating and nice. The waiter was nice and very patient with us. We all absolutely were disappointed in our food. We all got drinks, all of which were underwhelming. For an appetizer we got the “ SYRACUSE POUTINE”, “ SPINACH & ARTICHOKE” and the “PARMESAN TRUFFLE FRIES”. Of the 3 the truffle fries were the best but I hoped that they would’ve come out hot and fresh. The poutine and the dip were not good at all. I got the “HOT HONEY CHICKEN” and a side of the “MAPLE BURBON GLAZED SALMON”. Absolutely disliked both dishes but thought the Brussel sprouts were good. My side of Mac was too salty. The maple on the salmon tasted like pancake syrup and the salmon itself was fairly dry. I tried The chicken pot pie, the and the grits as well. In our check they charged us gratuity although the menu says it would be added for parties of 8+ and we were 7. Overall, we all did not enjoy our dining experience with the exception of the waiter, Georgie.

I had the salmon it had a nice crispy bottom and was cooked to perfection. The corn risotto and asparagus were a delightful accompliment. Another diner had the hot honey chicken which was moist and not too spicy. The brussel sprouts were cooked but not mushy. Truffle fries were thin, crispy and not over powering. I wish we had saved room for dessert. The Bignets would have been a tasty finish.

Great food choices , new menus weren’t in yet but waitress explained to help us make a selection. Food portions were of size and possibly the biggest wedge salad I’ve seen in a restaurant. Will go back again!

Georgio was an excellent server. The food was outstanding. We were celebrating 2 birthdays, and everyone made our time there special and fun. Highly recommend.

Great service, food OK, upsetting to advertise when getting the bill live music at the speakeasy downstairs and then be told it’s closed for a private event.

Really good food and friendly staff/bartender. Prices are on point. Highly recommend Oh My Darling. The only thing that kept be from a full 5 star review were the chairs at the bar. They did not seem sturdy to me. Overall a really great place to visit!
