The whole fish and everything, except the lamb chops and broccollini, was delicious. They were a little tough. We had a party of 6 including my 90 year old greek mother. The waitress, Noa, was exceptional! She took great care of us, especially my mom. There was a party in the back that was loud and it made it difficult for my 90 year old mom to hear our conversations.

This was my second time to Avli on The Park! The first time I was there I fell in love with it! They have upbeat music playing (not too loud but loud enough to hear the words to a familiar songs) the view is stunning whether you are looking out at the park or in the middle of the room. The food is delicious and our server Emily is GREAT! Emily helped surprise my sister with a birthday treat! We ordered a pitcher of bloody Mary's for the two of us - it was a good amount - we just wished it was more flavorful and spicy - we did add more hot sauce). We will definitely go back!!!

Disappointed. Been here many times and it was fine then. Service was inattentive, the Greek salad was way too salty and the chicken souvlaki only came with fries (not very Greek). For a Sat evening it wasn’t full as it used to be… I hope they improve before patrons start staying away. We have very few decent eateries in Lakeshore East.

It was a perfect birthday date with the bestie. Good was delicious and service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back on a real date with my partner.

The food is outstanding. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors, from the fresh hummus and pita to the grilled octopus and lamb. Food was fantastic. Expensive side of the price point for the size of the portions especially for the sharing menu items, but reasonable for Chicago in a great location. The fresh fish was cooked perfectly and filleted at table side. The ice creams for dessert were decadent and smooth. No one had any complaints from my party.
