   We love El Carlos!! The food is amazing, the decor en point, but even better is the service! Every person is so attentive and thoughtful, and they really make you feel like you’re being taken care of. More than anything, the service is why I come back again and again, and love to share this gem with family, friends, and colleagues.

   Such a great dinner! The staff had wonderful recommendations and explained the dishes and menu thoroughly. The carne asada was fantastic!

   We did the tasting menu and it is fantastic, everything with such different and unique flavor profiles with the perfect texture and acid. Not many tastings I would repeat, but this one I would. I will be back soon!

   Love El Carlos Elegante. The charred octopus was the winner tonight. So tender and with an amazing citrus jicama sauce. Friendly bartenders and staff. Can’t wait to go back!

    Food and drinks tastes great. Valet was complimentary. Waitress was nice. However the staff kept coming over asking if we were done with our food too often so it felt like we were being rushed to eat quickly and leave. We were out for girls night to catch up and kept getting interrupted every 10min or so by different staff members. Attentiveness is nice but in my opinion it was overdone. The music and ambience were also great.
