Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

This is a veritable find! Other than the loud environment, each item on this omakase dinner was a true delightful experience. Nelson’s skill in preparing each tasty bite was on full display! Despite the venue, the experience was truly personalized! Jackie was very attentive but unobtrusive. Will be back for sure!

The restaurant is beautiful with high ceilings and a great bar. I’d highly recommend this place for a date night. We have enjoyed many traditional and non-traditional sushi restaurants. The sashimi here was delicious! The appetizers were good with solid portions. We should have skipped the rolls and opted for the hand rolls instead.

Our third visit and every time has been perfect. From the service to the food. If you’re a drinker, I suggest their hyaku old fashion. If you like seafood, their oyster shooter is absolute perfection.

We started with martini at bar. The dirty and the lychee. Both great, lychee better!We had the ahi tuna and the yellow fin appetizers. Both excellent!!! Wife like the ahi more and I liked the citrus of the yellow fin. Both melt in your mouth flavorful.Also the wagyu pot stickers and were awesome! Had lemon kani and spicy unagi rolls also very good!!! Our waiter very helpful with suggestions! Finished with cheesecake tempura roll. Will go back! As good sushi rolls and appetizers freshness as our favorite sushi from Texas to California!!!(won’t name names but EXCELLENT!)

The food and service was great. Our waiter was attentive and the food was hot and sushi was so fresh. Will definitely be going back.
