   Disappointing! We went to the resturant for a special meal to celebrate with our family (4 people) and it was anything but that. It was very expensive; however the quality did not match. Santa Fe is a haven for nice restaurants; being in the downtown area does not simply grant the title, you still have to earn it. One member described the food quality as mall food court. The appetizers were mushy and meat in the entrees incredibly chewy and fatty. Only one member of our party ate more than a few bits of their entree. Service was also disappointing and disjointed. Overall not worth the trip or the price. We had been there previously about a month before and had a much different experience. Disappointed it went downhill so quickly the chef/owner should be in the kitchen overseeing service and food quality.

   Our party of four enjoyed the creative and delicious dishes at Alkeme. The service was excellent, atmosphere lovely which created a wonderful experience. Bravo!

   Randomly discovered Alkemē in a GF website (my partner is GF, and it was a trip for her birthday weekend). Went off the positive review and we are so glad we did. We both did the tasting menus (1 & 2), but shared. Every dish that came out had us audibly declaring how ******* good everything was. The pre-dinner cocktail was the worst thing and it was fantastic. I did the sake pairing and it was wonderful. The staff were great and the owner was really personable stopping by and chatting at various points. Overall, we both would highly recommend Alkemē to anyone looking for an amazing food experience. It’s a bit pricey but we felt totally worth it.

   I had an incredible experience for my birthday, we tried the tasting menu with the sake pairings. Highly recommend! The food was beautifully presented, exquisite, and paired perfectly with each sake. The server and her assistant were very professional, and the owner/chef went to each table to discuss the food with the patrons. It was the perfect balance between a fine dining experience and the feeling of being in someone's home and receiving a delicious home cooked meal.

   Loved the dim sum on Saturday afternoon at Alkeme. The bao buns were delicious as were the rice crepes and dumplings. Servers were super friendly and kind. Make sure you try the Vietnamese Coffee- you won't be dissapointed

   An out-of-this-world experience; Alkeme is the best Asian Fusion restaurant in Santa Fe. If you are unfamiliar with the dishes, I recommend you try one of the Tasting Menus.

   Since I am allergic to onions and garlic, the chef owner went above and beyond to create one of her dishes without those ingredients. The four of us had a wonderful eating experience.

   This restaurant exceeded my expectations! Their culture to table concept brought me to another place. Every dish was well executed. I enjoyed the tasting menu as well as some additional items, all important to the charming culinary experience. One of the best restaurants in Santa Fe in my opinion!
