   Cansano is a fabulous restaurant! We have been impressed with the taste and quality of the food and excellent service at each visit. This last visit was a little louder than others however, being prime time that is to be expected. We still didn't have any problems talking amongst our group of five. Jess (our server) was fantastic - appropriately attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The manager, Betty, was wonderful as well. We've celebrated 2 special occasions there, and they do a great job of making guests feel special. Cansano is becoming one of our select, reliable, go-to restaurants.

   Wow - so happy to try this gem of a restaurant. We were greeted with kindness. Parking is easy with the garage just behind the restaurant. A party of 12...Tom masterfully took care of our every want! The Food: everyone raved about their dish - there was something for everyone. Tom made sure to have enough bread for this crowd - the assortment was delicious. The salmon was perfect. The Moscato was devine. The Pizza was excellent. The Service: Tom catered to our every want. He was magnificent. We took our time and savored our dishes. We were never rushed. We were pleasantly surprised to not have an automatic tip calculated for our group which left us to leave a generous thank you and greater amount for the wonderful service. Thank you for helping us make memories to last a lifetime. The Ambiance: an intimate dining experience. Not too big not too small, it was Goldilocks 'just right'. About $62/pp but we had a few drinks, a bottle of wine and a few lobster entrees. We will be back to experience more of the menu. Thank for every little thing y'all did to make such a memorable evening.

   The food was delicious. We had salmon and steak and it was cooked just right and the sauce with the salmon was great! Beautiful restaurant and friendly, quick service!

   Will not be returning. Way overpriced for poor food. Service was mediocre at best with no explanation of menu items.

   What a wonderful surprise. Our Thanksgiving plans did not come through so it was a last minute effort to find a special place close by to the Black Forest. I had the most delicious filet cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional! I can’t wait to go back! Patty D

   First time here and the service and ambience was great. Nice menu and wine list. Started with a very good Caesar salad. I went traditional with the Thanksgiving turkey which was very generous, but was disappointed with the cubed jello cranberry sauce. My husband ordered the salmon which he said was outstanding.

   I decided to try this new restaurant in the northern part of Colorado Springs based on an ad I saw. The server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were there for lunch and both of us enjoyed a very delicious Italian roast beef sandwich. It was tender and flavorful. For dessert I had tiramisu, one of the best I’ve ever had. Being a westsider, I just wish this restaurant wasn’t so far away from home. Parking could become a problem if the complex gets busy.

    The only thing is the lighting, it’s almost too dark and the little lights on the table are too bright in such a dark space. But loved loved loved everything!
