   At the time of our reservation, they were offering a very limited menu. Even with the condensed menu, there were still items we were told were no longer available. Rather than getting a complete meal, we had to make do with a few appetizers to share. One of our selections came very late, almost when our “meal” was complete. The eggplant rolotini was almost inedible, pizza was so-so and the riceballs were minuscule. The waitress did apologize for the dried out food and took the price of the riceballs off the check. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Too bad because the space looks great and the location is excellent but I would never recommend.

   We went to Ella's before a show at the Paramount and were very let down. Apparently, the chef and staff had walked out, so the menu was extremely limited to quick food like pizzas and salads. We used to love the food, but I think it was sold to one of the ticketing companies and so far, they aren't doing the right things. We will not go back

   We were attending a show at the Paramount so we stopped here to get dinner first. Unfortunately they had a minimal menu that night because of an issue in the kitchen. However, we were able to get a Margherita pizza which was good. Our waitress was great and very apologetic for the inconvenience. It was also nice to be able to get a discount because we were going to the Paramount.

   First time at Ella’s and was really impressed! Food and service was fantastic. I highly recommend the Salmon. Delicious! Will be going back!

    Most everything we ordered came incorrect and it felt like it was a bother for them to fix the order. They never came to refill our water, remove empty bottles or glasses and bring us plates to share the appetizers and pizza. This could have been do to an understaffing situation but it took away from the overall dining experience. Overall, the food was mediocre. The one positive thing is that we accidentally overpaid the waitress for the bill and she found us outside of the restaurant and gave us back our overpayment.
