Uchi, "home" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non-traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    Absolutely fabulous meal with outstanding service! Olivia helped us navigate the menu and ordered for us. The meal was perfect!! Great selection, amazing combination of tastes and textures, all delicious. Each time a dish was brought to the table, it was explained and then they would repeat how the food allergies were respected. It gave me great confidence the chefs were listening as they prepared food that was like great art! Loved it!

    This was my third visit and while the first two times were amazing, this one was not. Slow service. Super loud dining area. I ordered the waiter curated experience and the food was coming out so slowly that after an hour and 10 minutes I just called it done and asked for our check. I’m so sad that this place is going downhill.

    Or service was incredible and attentive. Kanaan was informative and one of the reasons we would go back. Our food was delicious, definitely going back.

    Terrible service and delays, yet the restaurant was not even crowded. Took almost an hour to get one of our rolls. We actually paid the bill before receiving it. Other rolls also took way too long. The food was very good, but time is precious so I doubt I’ll return.

    Not impressed with the quality or the portion sizes of sashimi. The service and the deserts and the ambience were fantastic!

    The food and presentation were superb. It was worth the expensive bill. The staff were friendly and helpful and all in all, it was a restaurant we would happily return to.

    We had an unbelievable experience. The food was fantastic and most importantly, the service we received was better than any ***** restaurant that I have ever dined at in my life! A special shout out to Kanaan. Please give her a raise and/or promotion because she made this experience wonderful!!
