Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     John, our server, was amazing & very personable. Our table was right outside the kitchen so we could hear all the conversations as well as business of the cooks & servers. Next time we’ll ask for a booth and it’ll 100% perfect. The food was excellent as always as well as the presentation. They really know how to treat you royally.

    Spent $460 and got McDonald’s service. Servers placed food down wrong in front of wrong person. Father-in-law asked for sauce on side on a medium/well done fillet. Arrived with sauce on, replacement was delivered and was rare. Server then disappeared for the rest of the meal which meant we had no drinks. Just not what you expect for $460.

    What a wonderful graduation dinner for our son. Our server Danna, another FGCU student, was terrific, witty and awesome! The whole staff made the experience exceptional! Can’t wait to go back!

    Our server, Erik, was amazing! The cocktails were good as well. The only issue I had was my steak came to the table medium rare, when I asked for medium well. When they brought the steak back, jt was fine, but then my side was cold. Our server made up for it with his attentiveness and social skills on just a busy night.
