   Once seated, no more wait service. After receiving drinks, waiter never returned to ask “how was everything and is there anything we need.” No wait service came to ask if we needed water refills or another drink. Had to get manager to get water refills, drinks and additional sides. Had to ask wait service for dessert menu and took over 1/2 hour to receive the dessert. Chocolate molten cake was almost cold and ice cream was melted.

   My experience here was not a good one. Slow service from start to finish as well as not getting that top notch service fogo is known for. Meat was not cooked well and lacked flavor as well as having to wait for service since we got through the door. Will not be coming to this location. This location is closest to where we live but I will not recommend it.

   This is usually our go to spot but we went the day after Valentine’s Day and it was awful! They weren’t honoring reservations and people were waiting over an hour to be seated. The hostesses were getting upset and rude with people which is understandable since they were just following orders. After we were seated the wait staff was very nice and pleasant but the meats were severely overcooked. The chicken and pork were inedible and the steaks were borderline. Not a good day to go for sure.

   We have visited Fogo at other locations and this one in Towson was not like those, in a bad way. It was my husbands birthday and we were very disappointed with our experience. The overall service was not very good, the food servers did not come around often at all and we had to keep asking for them to bring food to us. It was extremely crowded and the tables were so close to each other we could not walk to the salad bar easily and servers could not get through easily either. We were quite disappointed with how little food we received considering the cost of our meals. No sides were served to the table like other Fogo locations do, and upon leaving the front door was so packed with people we could not get out and they had to open the side patio door just so we could leave. (It was raining out so the patio had been closed). Will not return to this location unless things change.

   Went here for valentines day it was packed through the roof but I had reservations so that did not apply to me. It was a solid 8 only because we kept getting the same meat choices we even ask a server cam you send some over our way we were tucked off in the back by the bar they kept offering steak not so much chicken I got offered 1 chicken the whole time I was there we really wanted the sausage but they kept saying someone was coming over with it but nope. Our waiter forgot about us I guess so we waited a good 20 min or more before some one handed us water and silverware no napkins though. The market food bar was a 3 not much option to chose from. Wish we didn't have to park so far just to get there. The passion drink can't think of the real name was soooooo good not the strawberry one was not so much they were price at 10.00 on the top of the page. I would have to come back and experience it again because of the option of meat that we did not get to eat 64 a person and was only offered steak and 1 option of chicken is crazy work but I get it it was valentines day but still.no one hardly came to back bar area

   We had a reservation but had to wait almost forty-five minutes to be seated. Several members of the wait staff walked by and never offered us plates nor anything to drink beyond water. The options offered tasted well seasoned some moments and rushed other moments. There was no structure nor order at the hostess station. Overall very poor Valentine’s Day meal experience. Not what I have known Fogo de Chao to be.

   Normally my family and I eat at the Fogo de Chao in downtown Baltimore. My husband and I decided to try the Towson location due to it being closer to our house. We were celebrating an early Valentine’s Day. Our first impression was that it was a lot smaller than the one in Baltimore. We were seated and greeted right away. The waitress took our drink order and we told her we wanted the full Churrasco experience (like we normally get). We went to the salad bar, which had a much less variety than the downtown location. Our sides were then brought to our table and the maitre d gave us clean plates to begin our Churrasco experience. Our first piece of meat was bacon wrapped filet. It was overcooked and dry. From there on , most of the meat we got was overcooked. We did receive some perfectly cooked (regular) filet mignon that was nice and tender. One thing we had that we never had at the downtown location was grilled cheese. It was delicious. We didn’t get any dessert due to the fact that we had plenty of other food. We were never without a drink and continually asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. While we didn’t have a terrible experience, we both agree that we enjoy the experience at the other location as opposed to this one.
