   Server in the lounge area was extremely rude. Did not want to serve us (assuming cause it was later in the evening) and said we couldn’t sit where we sat down cause they were waiting for a reservation. The reservation was 30min late. She was extremely rude in her tone and delivery and when questioned about it she doubled down and was even ruder.

   Our waiter Luke was excellent and friendly. The food was okay Overall very costly for 2 drinks and 2 appetizers The hotel is beautiful

   Luke provided us great service! The only negative was the noise volume! It was super difficult to have a conversation.

   The Aviator bar is very lovely with impressive views. The food and drinks were great, the service (Luke) was prompt, friendly, and very well done. The bar was quite loud, which I realize some people enjoy. Our table for 6 was on a carpeted area in chairs that could not be moved.Conversation was difficult because we couldn’t get close enough to each other to hear what was being said. Other tables on the wood floor that had chairs with legs and could be moved provided a better seating arrangement. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but perhaps a bit more thought about seating might make it better.

   Luke took great care of us; we had a lot of fun with him. He was very personable and made great suggestions. The venue is super cool and very comfortable. Great ambience. We sat in really comfy club chairs so it felt less formal even though my first comment was, "this is bougie!" We actually rode up the elevator with the executive chef and sous chef who were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the charcuterie plate, the tuna nachos and chili and cilantro deviled eggs which were all very good and shareable. (It's not inexpensive.) The cocktails were great. And Luke started off with saying my first cocktail was on him for my birthday. Nice. :) There were other staff that came around to check in and everyone was great including the hostess. It's a very cool place to hang out - we'll be back. I especially look forward to when we can sit outside when the weather's good. The views are excellent.

   Hotel Polaris is destined to be the long needed upscale restaurant/hotel in northern Colorado Springs. I base this on the tour I graciously received, and the dining experience at the Aviator Lounge. The variety of small bites is large. We had the Tuna Tacos, made with inhouse chips and fresh tuna, excellent, and the stuffed eggs, very good. The bar's feature is focused on a good selection of draught beers. Not sure about the scale of liquors. Unfortunately, the wine list is minimal, with very average wines. We were told the bar downstairs at Pamela's would be more to our liking. We look forward to that on our next visit.

   First time at this new venue…The Hotel Polaris is stunning and the roof top Aviator lounge has stunning views…Wife loved her Old Fashion (they serve 3 different types) … and while the menu is limited, what we had was great! We ordered the Davis Platter (named after Gen Benjamin O. Davis) which was a delicious charcuterie, and also ordered the pork belly Bao Buns to share. Service by Luke was also great. We will go back to try the Hotel’s other restaurants soon. Great addition at the gates of our Alma Mater!

   We had a great time at the Aviator bar! The staff was fantastic from the bar team to the hostesses everyone was just great. We had some lobster rolls and tuna nachos which hit the spot. I will definitely be back!

    Made reservations by the fire pit area inside at avaitor : staff accommodation great We just had drinks no food but appetizers looked great / interesting small bites I’m sure summertime outside deck w be great w view !
