Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Flip the Bird (a green goddess margarita served in a tiny gold birdcage), the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). The menu features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie

The place was beautiful we ate in the glass area off the strip. Food and service was fantastic I will definitely be back on my next trip.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Pinky's. Food was delish. Nice size portions. Drinks, outstanding, presentation was EVERYTHING! can't wait to go again. Alix our server was great and friendly, along with Angel the greeter who brought us in.

Had a fabulous time at Sunday brunch! The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, as are all of the Banderpump properties. Food was great. Caesar salad was very salty, but management removed it from our ticket without us having to ask. Leon, our server, was awesome. Hostesses were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to friends and will return next time we're in Vegas!

It was their first week, so I expected there might be a learning curve. I thought Lisa might show up, which would have pleased my wife, who is a huge fan. We waited too long for the waitress to come back to the point that we skipped dessert. We love the Paris location but this location needs to TLC.
