However, ordering food took almost half and hour and then the food was not served for another hour after that. When the food came, the steak was chewy and unedible, broccoli was limp and boiled within an inch of its life and the salmon was cold. Very disappointed as we had heard good things about Dash from friends. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night?

We were really looking forward to dinng Our waitress got nearly every part of our meal incorrect. I ordered Don Julio tequila with lime cordial and soda,i was given a lime and soda. We ordered a sticky toffee pudding and 2 espresso martinis.....only 2 espresso martinis appeared had to ask 15 minutes later where the pudding was when it came out it had clearly been microwaved. The thai red curry had NO sauce chicken onions,red pepper ,rice and zero sauce. I'm sorry we have given it a second shot but i don't feel we'll be back.

Seated for 6:15pm. Had a 2yr with us for Mother’s Day. Ordered by 20 past. Food arrived at 7:25pm. Child very upset as was very hungry. Had to rush food then. Not a pleasant way to end Mother’s Day. Great food and atmosphere but probably won’t come back with any children.

The food is incredible and always consistent, be that the main menu or special occasions such as Mother’s Day yesterday. The staff are always immaculate and attentive. The singer and dj yesterday was just an added bonus. We always have the best time when we go to Dash and can never understand why you’re not packed out all day every day. Definitely one of Liverpool’s best kept secrets.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      When making the booking we stated it was for a birthday, upon arrival we were sat a the worst table in the restaurant and no one acknowledged the celebration throughout our whole stay. It was also a fight to get the waitresses attention every time as she was more interested in talking to the other staff members at the bar. Also a member of our party can only have non dairy ice cream, the waitress said this was fine to change on the desert when we ordered but was then told later there were no vegan options for ice cream available. Overall the food was well presented and very tasty, the exception being the duck which was dry and underwhelming, and for £24 not acceptable. For the fact that we spent over £400 it is fair to say we thought we would be treated as valued guests by our waitress, but we left disappointed by something that could of easily been fixed by a bit of care and attention.
