【The Story of Yakiniku Futago】
Yakiniku Futago began its journey in 2010 as a small barbecue restaurant in Tokyo, Japan, covering just 355 square feet. Our dream has always been to bring smiles to our guests and share the delightful flavors of Japanese barbecue. Today, we proudly serve over 120 locations worldwide, including Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

We aim to be the most memorable Yakiniku restaurant you visit. Our team is dedicated to providing a wonderful Yakiniku experience, where every visitor leaves feeling happy and satisfied. Come join us for tasty food, friendly service, and unforgettable memories!

There is a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. In order to satisfy as many customers as possible, we would like to keep our dining hours to a 90 min maximum. We also have a strict policy for NO PETS in our facility. (*Service animals only)

    Despite there only being approx 10-12 other customers in the restaurant, we had to wait for over 10 minutes to be seated. The staff just completely ignored us. Eventually after chasing after one of them to get their attention we were seated. The food was average - it is overpriced for the quality and what it was.

    We had a reservation for 8:15. We weren’t sat until 8:25. We ordered the $160 per person Valentine’s Day pre fix, which didn’t include drinks. Service wasn’t particularly fast although servers were mostly sweet and the food/sake was good (only reason I give 2 stars). What makes me crazy is that they asked us to leave at 10 when we hadn’t even finished our food and sake. I spent $500 and wasn’t even given the chance to finish my food. They had delivered dessert 15 minutes before telling us, “the next party has been waiting for 20 minutes.” We hadn’t even finished half.

    Food was absolutely marvelous. Real wagyu and prepared to perfection. Very nice ambience and music was well chosen. Our waiter was very very friendly and attentive without being overly present. Super good experience

    My fiance and I came for Restaurant Week. We got the $60/person dinner which came with 5 different appetizers / small bites, 3 types of meat to grill, rice, and desserts. It was a great value for the quality of meat. The meat was so good that I wished there was more meat, so my fiance ordered an additional meat a la carte. Service was great. Overall, very satisfied.
