    帶家人去涮乃葉用餐，媽媽吃的很開心，亦吃的很滿足，直說值得再來，肉質及海鮮都新鮮，蕨餅甜點亦很好吃，已經吃過多次，是聚會的好地方！

    肉真的好吃，價格也沒有想像中的貴，正常吃到飽以為會在100分鐘的用餐時間內去控管上菜速度，但是實際的狀況是有點即送，完全不會有明顯的等候感，真的能吃肉吃到飽，是滿值得再去第二次的餐廳

    建議如果在此分店用餐又要在遠東百貨地下停車場停車的話不要在11:00訂位，因為遠百的停車場11:00才開始讓車輛進入，而這家分店也不會主動打電話向已訂位的客戶再做即時電話確認，所以如果要停遠百地下室停車場的肯定會遲到，且到店家時店員也會毫不客氣地告訴你要先主動打電話來說會遲到，否則不一定能進場，這是個人經驗請參考。

    可依據需求選擇想要的用餐方案，搭配壽星優惠可以免費升級湯頭還不錯。 麻奶湯第一次吃，還滿特別的，涮肉好吃。咖哩飯和牛肉煮很好吃，但會佔據胃的空間😆。 加點肉都滿快上來的，後面加湯等了很久，不管用點餐頁面還是服務鈴都遲遲沒有人來，杯子、碗、食材有缺補滿的速度算慢，感覺外場人員不足或太混亂。 座位有分隔，不會太擁擠，也比較不容易被其他人吵到，用餐相對舒適。

    服務態度很好👍 因為行李較多，謝謝服務人員安排較寬敞的座位，建議有帶長輩、行李較多需要寬敞位置的人提早訂位，方便店家安排。

    服務人員疑似不足 按了服務鈴要等候一陣子才有人來 醬料區咖哩鍋滴的到處都是無人清理 最後結帳單人數還出錯

    主餐跟甜點都好吃的餐廳，加點現在只要掃QR Code直接加點，便方便，送餐也快，蔬菜很多樣，甜點補充也很即時。

    食材不是很新鮮，我們11:15進去，但兒童餐具反應兩次仍然是空的，營業前都沒準備好的感覺，雖說後續補餐具速度有快，但整體而言的體驗感覺大不如前，CP值不高了…

    用餐空間適宜，以該價位的吃到飽，雖提供的選項不多，但是食物品質及水準都很好，皆在水平之上。並有提供特色甜點可供食用，整體用餐體驗良好!

    生意非常好是好事，但工作人員忙不過來，拿著別桌盛滿食物殘渣的盤子再來疊在我們這桌的盤子上收走，看著噁心，服務品質也就打折了，希望公司能思考一下如何解決，謝謝！
