Dünyanın her ülkesinde bulunan Etiyopya mutfağını sizin için Türkiye'ye getirdik.Bilinen en eski uygarlıklardan olan Habesha, Afrikanın gizemini restaurantı ile istanbula taşıdı. Dünyanın en sağlıklı en küçük buğdayından (teff) yapılan (injera) ekmeğinin üzerinde Etiyopya ya özgü baharat ve soslarla yemekleri yediğinizde henüz restaurant dan ayrılmadan hangi arkadaşınızı arayarak anlatacağınızı şimdiden düşünün derim çünkü kahve tezgahının başına geçtiğinizde ham kahvenin közde kavruluşunu görüp kokusunu aldığınızda bunu ilk kiminle paylaşsam diyeceksiniz. Etiyopya kahvenin anavatanı olarak bu konuda da oldukça iddalı. Guluten alarjisi olanlar ve çölyak hastaları için şifa kaynağı olan restaurantımızda vegan yemeğine de yer verilmiştir.

This place is incredible, a true gem just off the istiklal street in Taksim area from incredible and personal service to the best ethnic Ethiopian food, they have performances on Fridays and Saturdays. Highly recommended although the street it is in is a little dark, but don’t let that put you off.
