    當天點蛤蜊鮮蝦鍋，第一次蛤蜊沒吐沙跟店家反應 馬上換新火鍋並補償一份蛤蜊 沒想到第二次蛤蜊多達4顆蛤蜊沒吐沙剩至腐爛 店家又補償一份蛤蜊 品質有待加強!

    自助區的青菜選項較少，其它的部分，包括湯頭口味都ok的喔。 服務人員的態度都很好，是值得推薦的重要關鍵！謝謝你們的用心！

    很會趕人 沒感情的 夭壽爛 不划算 大家不要來 樓下的涮乃葉價格貴一點點 但任何東西都完勝 根本躺贏

    已經有預訂了但現場工作人員不足，所以還是得等一段時間才能被帶位。 我們點石頭火鍋，所以會先有工作人員先炒料，炒料的過程沒有等到食材 到應有標準就加湯，所以吃起來就沒有好吃，和之前吃的味道差很多，很 可惜

    覺得餐廳的服務人員都很親切, 動作迅速，我們一家人都很喜歡,假日有空就會到中信石研室,也加入會員,每次都可以兌換肉盤,想補充肉,補充青菜就會想到忠信石研室, 還有整個服務團隊。

    店員態度很好，但店員好像不太知道自己在幹嘛，有點瞎忙的感覺 我們預約已經報到了，請我們稍等，要清理桌子，清理完了，卻讓我們在那邊乾等了15分鐘，直到我去提醒他們，才讓我們入座，員工訓練有待加強

    CP值不錯，東西也蠻好吃的，愛吃石頭火鍋的人應該會覺得不錯，不過可以選擇的蔬菜和飲料偏少，而且服務人員也比較少

    牛肉有點硬，蔬菜/配餐可以自己吃多少拿多少很不錯，希望整體種類(例如：火鍋料等)可以多一些，甜點豆花普普～整體還算可以，會回訪。

    大年初六，透過OpenTable 訂到位才吃得到，不然現場看很多空位，但服務站人員說都是有訂位的！ CP值很不錯，蛋麻油麵線，月見香腸飯令人驚艷
