值得推薦，環境優美，適合聚會的好地方，食物好吃，CP質高，未來如果有聚會，一定會推薦朋友一起來用餐的。

食物：劣點1.點了一個七百多的肋眼牛排，居然整塊都是筋，全部的人都啃了很久咬不下去，雖然服務員有問要不要再換一個。劣點2.忘記上麵包、餐點少了菜，後來有補。優點1.番茄羅宋湯料很多，蕃茄味道濃郁。 - 環境：劣點1.地下室用餐環境潮濕味道濃厚，天花板低有壓迫感。劣點2.地下室靠牆座位有跳蚤，用餐時腳很癢，牆壁有湯汁的痕跡，望餐廳改善。

原來瀧厚牛排也用塑形肉/組合肉？雖然號稱是平價牛排連鎖，但是要提供塑形肉也該在菜單上註明，若顧客願意付將近500台幣吃塑形肉，那就各取所需。但是，等我吃一口，才發現不對勁，詢問服務人員，他才指著收銀台後面一張A4印刷卡，“我們有標示哦！”。我真的只吃一口就把它給我先生吃了。心情超差😥為何我這麼倒楣？第一次到瀧厚，就點到最雷的餐點。一肚子氣離開餐廳，也氣到不想跟推薦瀧厚的先生說話了！建議要去消費的人，小心！

主餐上菜時間較慢約點餐40分鐘後才上桌，服務人員說話太直白，湯碗清洗後上架聲音過大，餐點好吃但顧客服務體驗可以再加強

有點吵，服務人員態度很差，要收餐盤也沒通知一下，這樣的服務態度還要額外收服務費？要點餐也找不到服務人員，建議多找點人手，也不知道哪裡有被服務到了

環境衛生都很好，餐點也很不錯，服務人員非常優質！有自助的湯跟飲料，整體來說都很不錯，價位也沒有到特別貴！

肉質不錯，湯好喝，肉質價位媲美我家牛排，不適合約會或用來品嘗牛排口味。純填飽肚子可以。5分熟有點生，建議7分以上。
