上菜速度很快，也會時常注意客人是否需要補充果醋跟水。餐點以辣為主，但仍有部分餐點為不辣或微辣，即使是不太能吃辣的顧客也能享用餐點。

菜色精緻多元要香要辣要清淡都能隨心選擇很棒的生日聚餐地點部門聚餐也非常適合竹北遠百停車方便寬敞令人安心用餐逛街的好地方

動線明確人員服務完善菜色豐富多元美味有因台灣人民口味調整四川菜口味冒菜鍋口味豐富唯一美中不足的地方就是涼菜爲先上，而是所有菜ㄧ起上，讓桌面有點擁擠跟亂
