飯不Q,都黏在一起。分享盤太小，叉子和湯匙放在上面容易掉下來，桌子太小，四人桌，放三份餐點就放滿了。

點餐完等了快半小時什麼都沒上，即使飲料是指定「先上」，也不會在枯等期間先端上桌….提醒服務生，得到的答案是本來就要等半小時左右

非常好吃, 值得特別去一次特別推薦起司瀑布和牛漢堡 & 炊飯系列並且另外加購巧克力鬆餅, 飲料的部分也很讚

入座後半小時才過來點餐，途中舉手表示要點餐好幾次了，也都沒有人前來回應，現場也只有一位工作人員在協助點餐，似乎人手有些不足，入座後一小時才上菜，這個速度還能接受，我在高雄夢時代店用餐時，點完餐後，工作人員有招待每人一串炸小飯糰，雖然不確定原因為何，但至少在等待期間不會覺得很空虛及不悅，當時體驗很好，想說回來竹北再帶家人來用餐，沒想到這次體驗極差，且原本價格就不低，再加上這樣的服務品質，下次不會再來竹北店了。

平日晚餐等待超久等了一個小時終於上菜是餐後甜點先上主食還沒好比我晚到的客人都上餐真的不知道為什麼可以等那麼久點一份薯條 75分鐘後都無法上菜直接事先告知需要等待一個小時讓客人可以選擇要不要等比事後道歉更有價值好好的生日餐被搞砸等太久吃完連蛋糕都來不及去買店都要打烊了非常對不起壽星非常後悔選擇該店

用餐環境相當寬敞，特別是桌與桌的距離是我喜歡的部分。餐點好吃，價格合理，服務生相當熱心和積極，出餐速度也很好。預約服務簡單又清楚，未來會多次到店吃飯。

記得上次去用餐時感覺漢堡排滿好吃的，但這次去用餐點的2份漢堡排變的非常的乾又很硬，漢堡排整個感覺就是回鍋加熱。用餐期間吃完的餐具擺到桌子都快放不下，還要自己主動請她回收，服務實在有待加強，跟上一次用餐體驗大不同。

現場人手極度不足，外場忙翻天，雖然不慎掉單但仍然感受到服務熱誠，有即時彌補，下次仍會來消費，建議假日或晚上用餐前先預約
