服務人員無隨時注意環境，桌面清理速度較慢，主餐上來後，餐盤沒有地方擺放。沙拉吧種類不多，醬料補充不及，油醋醬及橄欖油用罄後皆無補充。

主餐好吃，沙拉吧的生菜夠新鮮，推蘑菇濃湯＆咖哩飯，還有兩款冰沙也超好喝。整體CP值高。是朋友、家人聚餐的好選擇～

1.餐具的補充量能不足，常需要用到的小湯匙或是碗找不到，希望能夠改善！ 2.吧台上的食物補充速度需加強，點心區（蛋糕、麵白）尤其是需要加強！ 3.麵包烘培區的機器火力能否加強ㄧ些？大家都習慣丟進去烘焙二次，增加等待時間，不如將火力加強ㄧ些，減低排隊等待時間！

環境整潔，服務人員人數適中，廚師量正常，副食品與我家牛排相比較少，但是在百貨公司租金不能相比，環境較佳

非常推薦的餐廳，好停車，食物新鮮，性價比超高！微風卡可以打折，銀髮族有優惠，也可以單點沙拉吧，台北只有一家。

用餐的整體感受不錯。自助吧檯的菜色很豐富、濃湯很可口、咖哩飯的味道很有層次，不知不覺吃了一碗（平時不太吃澱粉）。涮乃葉是我的愛店，同集團的品牌，品質維持得不錯哦。不過點雙人餐，丁骨牛排，兩人吃，肉的份量有點少..（骨頭邊的肉有些生&肥）下次會換別種餐點。

橫濱牛排用餐是個不錯的選擇若食量小的就可以只吃自助式的食物，麵包.湯品.生菜沙啦.甜點.水果.咖啡一應具全。若想招待朋友排餐也是很好吃的喔

日式牛排館。個人覺得沙拉吧跟牛排醬汁是它的特色，以牛排館的肉質來說其實很普通，大概就比坊間連鎖店我x 、xx世家、x東x好一些，但沙拉吧就是走比較精美路線，生菜新鮮豐美，少有水傷，品項也算多元，其它諸如飲料、甜點、咖哩飯等，就跟雲雀集團火鍋涮乃葉差不多，都有一定水準。所以基本上橫濱牛排就是我只想吃一點點肉、加上很多沙拉時的不錯選擇。

這一次在橫濱牛排用餐，環境很乾淨，整潔。牛排主餐很新鮮。沙拉吧擺設看起來雖然小而美但食物很美味又沒什麼負擔而且價格也很親民。整體讓我感覺很舒服又很舒壓。值得跟好朋友分享，更值得推薦給大家。

這次純粹來吃沙拉吧，280元，另外再加10%服務費。沙拉吧種類雖然沒有特別多，但是卻很好吃。生菜沙拉的生菜新鮮，還有石蓮花可以享用。水果有三樣，包括火龍果、柳丁和芭樂，也十分新鮮好吃。甜點雖然只有三樣，但是都好吃。濃湯有兩樣，特別是有蘑菇濃湯超級好喝，一定要來品嚐。飲料吧種類也不少，霜淇淋也很濃郁。總結來說，食材都還不錯，值得再來造訪。
