訂位須知：

❀本季菜單有使用堅果，如食材過敏者請提前告知。

1.線上開放30天內訂位，並須於預訂時輸入信用卡資訊以完成訂位手續，此階段將不會被收取任何費用，僅做為訂位出席保證之用途。
若訂位日期超過區間，歡迎致電(03)535-0132。
2.付款方式刷卡/付現。設低消一人一份套餐，敬請配合。
3.午餐11:30-14:30，建議用餐時間約1小時，NT.1,380起/位，售價需另收10%服務費。
4.晚餐18:00-22:00，建議用餐時間約1.5小時，NT.2,280起/位，售價需另收10%服務費。
5.假日不提供精緻午間套餐菜單，請參考菜單內適用時間！
6.自帶酒款需酌收洗杯費$100/杯，最低500元起。
7.蛋素食必須提前三天預約，僅提供奶蛋素套餐，不提供全素套餐以及避奶製品套餐；無提供客製化菜單與無海鮮套餐。當日提出需求將無法更動菜單，不便之處敬請見諒。
8.無提供兒童餐點，5歲以上孩童需視同大人低消；若攜帶5歲以下幼童，請提前告知餐廳，用餐時盡可能不大聲喧嘩、哭鬧尖叫時請帶到餐廳外安撫。
9.餐廳空間有限，訂位人數若有異動麻煩請提前告知。
10.本棟建築為古蹟是無法使用明火，恕不能點燃生日蠟燭，但我們可以提供電子蠟燭作為使用。

舒服的環境鬧中取靜服務人員非常貼心每道菜都有特別介紹餐點擺盤精緻可口享用完後口齒留香：）

原本以為只是吃氣氛之處，未料每一道菜的口味都吃得出主廚的用心，食材搭配多層次調味，再加上維護得宜的古宅環境，值得一試！

進去後用餐環境很高尚又不脫俗，整體來說很舒服，廚師也特別招待小朋友好吃的拌飯，其他每一樣餐點不論是視覺或味覺都極佳，下次換菜單後打算在去一次。

超棒的體驗也能感受廚師的細膩心思。服務也很棒，整體感受很舒適。只有空調的溫度沒有很舒適，有時候直接吹到身體，略不舒服或太冷，需要再調整。

環境清幽，宛如到日本的感覺，配上精緻的餐點，感受到主廚的用心，服務人員會介紹餐點的食材，服務很好，用餐環境良好，讚。
