   Everything was going well, including the server and the sommelier. However, towards the end of our meal, we were unexpectedly asked to pay while still enjoying our dessert. This was acceptable. But around 9:50 pm, we were abruptly informed that we had to leave. We understand that it’s the standard business hour for department stores, but it’s Christmas Eve, and the restaurant should be aware if there’s an event happening, at least to ensure a more thoughtful experience. To top it off, we spent over $400 USD for two people, which completely ruined the overall experience.

   澳洲和牛肉質很嫩 服務很好 但是價格稍高 有香檳買一送一及紅酒招待 配餐部分稍嫌遜色 牛肉湯比較鹹 今天用餐整體而言可打80分

   食材新鮮好吃 服務貼心 但情人節當天只提供特餐，但晚上6點這個不算晚的時間就已經有2種價格最低的特餐售完，感覺非常不好，似乎有變相再抬價的感覺。雖然有另外提供2種不在菜單上的特餐，但也是價格比較高一些⋯⋯另外整體份量偏少，整套餐點吃完還沒飽

   牛排帶著原木的香氣，肉質鮮嫩美味，簡單的調味就能帶來好的味覺體驗。 服務人員態度親切，解說清楚，整個用餐過程很棒。

   Food & cocktail was awesome.. Servers were very sweet but not trained enough for a fine dining place. Ambience was disappointing... one side was open to people walking around in the mall, other side had metal glass doors to balcony. Ok for a burger joint but again not for an upmarket restaurant. Good thing is that its an easy fix as the restaurant decor itself is nice

   空調無敵冷，第一次在餐廳要穿羽絨外套用餐，餐點佳，服務優，受限新光三越的空調，真的很可惜，也許夏天比較適合

   食材搭配還有很大的調整空間；牛排後再巧克力塔搭咖啡冰，真的太太太太太太膩了，也不告知客戶⋯讓客戶亂點一通

   整體都很好吃，牛排也是 讚讚 服務人員也很棒！品質很好。餐點氣氛服務都很滿意，戶外也很漂亮！可惜昨天下雨

   服務親切周到～第一次在西餐廳吃魚還有去魚骨的服務非常驚艷 食物美味~過去都是吃牛排，這一次嘗試了鮮魚料理覺得很鮮美 環境的氛圍也很好

    食物非常好，麵包、熱前菜（酥炸中卷）都很棒，我們總共點了魚、澳洲菲力牛排和起司漢堡。個人非常推薦牛排和魚，漢堡整體來說味道中等，牛絞肉稍微軟了一點，不是我自己偏好的口感。
