➤ 客製套餐需5日前預訂

訂位方式：
• 接受60日內的預約，特殊訂位需求(如：包廂指定)請透過Email或電話，將有專人為您服務。

• 即日起若您預定完成，即代表您同意遵守有關取消和未依時間抵達的相關條款和條件。為保障您的訂位權益，每次預訂需綁定信用卡訂金，以完成預約，訂金金額依用餐時段區分為：午餐$1,000/位；晚餐$2,000/位。
三天內(包括用餐日期)取消&變更(包含人數更動)，將收取訂金全額的費用。
如預約1/10，最晚於1/7取消&變更不會收取任何費用，1/8取消&變更則會依上述內容收取訂金費用。

用餐叮嚀：
• 餐點內容的海鮮品項居多，若有較多過敏原或不食用海鮮者請斟酌訂位，或可提供素食套餐。如有過敏食材請於預訂時告知，如可更換會由主廚安排。

• 為確保其他客人用餐權益及避免浪費事先為您預備之食材，若需取消或更改訂位，請提前告知。
• 為確保用餐品質與體驗，請依訂位人數準時入席，遲到入場將會影響用餐節奏。

• 餐廳低消爲每位成人一份套餐。

• 2~6歲(含)可點幼兒定食套餐($400+10%)，6~12歲(含)可點兒童套餐($800+10%)，13歲(含)以上以正餐計費。如需兒童餐點請於預訂時告知。

• 訂位保留時間為10分鐘，若您需要調整時間，敬請提前告知，我們會妥善為您安排。
• 午餐最晚須於13:00入座開始用餐，晚餐最晚須於20:00入座用餐，逾時過久賓客未能到齊可能會取消您當日用餐，敬請於預訂時間準時抵達就餐，謝謝。

• 用餐請選用適切的服裝，男士服儀請避免穿著拖鞋、涼鞋、短褲及背心，女士請避免穿著拖鞋、涼鞋等。

酒水服務費：
• 自備酒水者開瓶服務費清酒、紅白酒每瓶(約750ml) NT$500元；1.5公升裝葡萄酒與烈酒開瓶費每瓶NT$1,000元。

This is the second time we had dinner here. The quality of the food is as exquisite as before. In fact, it’s better than I remembered from the first time.

We got a private room for our dinner gathering. The food was creative and delicious. Service was great. Overall amazing meal worth the money.

很喜歡整間餐廳的氛圍和精緻的會席料理、很開心，在飛往東京的華航商務艙也享受到同等級的餐點。希望下次回台灣時再邀朋友同去享用。

食物是精緻，主廚真的很用心在食材的搭配。美中不足只有2個，第一是包廂隔音不佳，若有人在旁邊講話嬉鬧還是會被干擾。再來就是享用料理的順序我覺得很重要，在吃到生魚片時服務原擺放的方向錯誤，我跟另一位用餐的人方向相反。以至於我們享用順序不同。
