   生魚片差強人意，現煎牛排可能因為現場人數眾多，需要快速出餐，導致煎台溫度尚未達高溫就下肉煎，沒辦法將牛肉表面脆化產生梅納反應，導致口感和口味都未達標準，相當可惜。 其他餐點都在水準之上，但這個價位在Buffet的領域中應該有更多餐點與食材更好的選擇。

   菜色少，沒什麼特色，已經十多年沒去吃了，最近去吃品質跟以前差好多，食物種類少到傻眼，晚餐還要1380+10%，難怪週日晚餐在不大的用餐區，竟然還有一半的空位，非常令人失望。餐點區服務人員不足，現切現煮的東西偶爾會因人力不足要等待，桌邊服務生收拾餐盤速度過快，有幾次還沒吃完就問要不要收了。飲料區種類不多，沒有看到酒精飲料，甜點沒有飯店的品質水準，水果也不多，冰淇淋雖然是哈根達斯，但冰箱不夠冷，冰淇淋上層都快變奶昔，挖下去軟趴趴，感受不佳，再這樣下去關門的日子不遠了！
