1.本店以一人一鍋為主的套餐式消費，且享自助吧吃到飽，湯頭及食材僅供內用，恕不提供打包服務，超過130公分(含130公分)未點套餐，將酌收共鍋費$199+10%服務費，可享用所有自助吧食材，單點恕不折抵共鍋費。
2.用餐時間為120分鐘，訂位保留10分鐘，逾時將取消訂位，請顧客保留自身權益。
3.本店湯底皆以人工調製而成。
4.餐點均收10%服務清潔費。
5.寵物友善餐廳，可接受小型犬，需攜帶寵物籃或是寵物推車。

本店餐廳提供現金、刷卡服務及手機行動支付。
