   雖然是義大利餐廳，但服務人員幫忙習慣中式料理的長輩準備了生辣椒沾醬油，非常貼心有熱忱，很不好意思麻煩你們了，謝謝！

   服務人員親切，且會熱心分享，有需協助切的菜品，服務人員也會協助處理，用餐品質很讓人喜歡，現場氛圍也很輕鬆愉快。

   這次的拜訪，有點令人失望，原因是員工的服務品質不如之前的優質服務。服務人員無法清楚了解客戶的點餐內容，且似乎人手不足。當我們嘗試追加餐點時，員工都非常忙碌，無法提供應有的服務。
