牛肉的筋太多，帶腥味。服務人員有要幫我們更換，但是不要浪費食物，所以婉拒了，入桌時點餐人員沒有很有耐心

服務生都很急著收盤子，明明這道都還沒吃完就來說幫我出下一道菜，服務很差要拼翻桌也不是這樣的吧，然後最後的甜點檸檬塔有一個生豬肉的味道很噁心

盤子沒有洗乾淨都有水痕服務人員送餐的方式很趕沒有注意湯汁滴到客人可能是人手不足影響整體用餐的品質

來西提用餐氣氛燈光很美整體氛圍感很好這次是帶媽媽跟阿姨來用餐餐點精緻擺盤漂亮主餐和前菜甜點冰沙都很美味最主要是服務態度這點真的是沒話說每個員工都很盡責熱心幫助顧客解決問題整體來說cp質很高不愧為王品旗下的餐廳

多注意顧客的需求。不知是不是人員不足，需要久待才會有人來服務。整體上食物都是不錯的，服務上需再注意即可

幾乎每年都會至西提慶祝生日。今年餐的品質感受很差⋯ 牛排五分熟變八分熟？鴨胸非常的柴⋯ 用餐時間吃了將近兩個半小時⋯ 飲品在中途突然上來⋯ 以後可能不會考慮在這過生日了 😞

點了兩客七分熟的牛排。一客來的是全熟另一卻是近乎三分不到。真的不知道品質是什麼令人失望只有得到服務人員不段的道歉。唉！

食物和價格的部分有感變化很大，漲價就算了，份量還變少，之前可以不用加價就能吃到的牛肉等級，現在都要加價才吃得到，就像是變相漲價一樣，但服務人員態度很不錯，確實沒話說
