感謝服務人員的安排，讓我這次與14年沒見的朋友用餐行程很順利美滿。我只記得那天服務員的對講機上寫著維貞的人真的是非常細心貼心❤️

餐點精緻好吃，分量挺大的，連青少年的男生都可也吃飽。服務人員態度親切而，而且很重視顧客的感受，員工教育訓練作得很紮實。

楊梅西堤就位在楊梅愛買的 2 樓，停車相當方便。店內乾淨、整潔，服務人員非常客氣且親切整體用餐環境很舒適。

服務極好！優！很用心介紹餐點，上菜也很講究，服務周到、貼心。餐點我個人口味偏鹹，但每個人喜歡的不同啦，湯我就蠻喜歡的。

如果用餐的時候服務員只記得要來收盤子，那麼那天的用餐體驗就會很糟，因為他們應該記得的都會忘記～我去了好幾次這次服務特別的鬆散，連客人當著服務人員的面點餐（服務人員也有動筆寫）的情況下最後餐點並沒有打上去，原塊牛排沒有蘑菇醬（提醒一次，但最後吃完都沒有補上），後來有事也沒有再叫服務生了，因爲也沒有什麼人經過了（經過也沒有巡一下）～
