上餐速度很慢，感覺我們這一桌沒什麼被服務到⋯⋯⋯，加個水要等10-15分鐘，難怪要叫我們用5星好評換薯條根本就是在刷好評而已。麵包要烤等久一點我能接受，水根沙瓦要等都等很久…

12/1用餐，櫃檯的服務人員非常貼心，懷孕挺著大肚子，熱心的幫我們處理禮券的事宜，真的很棒！要給她五顆星！服務真的讓人想再去

許久沒吃西堤，這次帶爸媽一起去吃，提早慶祝父親節，感覺挺不錯的❤️，大家都吃很飽，兒童餐也很可愛，小孩很喜歡😘

價錢漲價，前菜和主菜份量反而減，感覺很差，不如以前的好，這樣是變相的漲價兩次的感覺，未來考慮是否會再次消費

結帳人員態度很差！臉很臭詢問停車在哪折抵，眼睛瞪大、態度很差的回答在一樓。我跟弟弟互看了一下，覺得態度是在差什麼。

服務很棒，態度也很好，東西也很多元，只是食物有點鹹，主餐的豬排很多筋，有點難咬，濃湯蠻鹹的（當然這都是個人口味）整體氛圍蠻好的，只是可能人多，有點吵，整體來說還蠻不錯的。
