用餐食材很好，廚師手藝不錯，然服務品質只能是中等，無論是帶位、收餐、擺盤、廁所環境、點心…等等，與價位不搭配，內部人員訓練堪慮。

待客如賓，服務型餐廳食物應能再更好，菲力牛可能有更好的處理方式，氣氛蠻不錯的，椅子不好坐。

用餐當日，板橋店的師傅所料理的鴨胸，及醬料都非常美味，鴨胸煎得恰到好處，柔軟又具有口感，醬料及搭配的烤蘋果則味道豐富，香甜味美，令人印象深刻。

服務都算不錯，餐點也滿意，美中不足就是介紹餐點話術稍微快了點，有些介紹還沒聽清楚就要迅速聽後續的介紹，然後因為我們有line的禮物兩客餐點送鮑魚，，自己也有看一下使用說明，點餐出示服務人員看，準備點餐時，告知我們有餐點卷要使用，還沒出示就馬上回覆結帳時出示即可，當下理解是那服務員應該了解餐卷的使用方式，結果結帳才詢問是否有招待到鮑魚，結果當然沒有，後續就外帶，等待大約10-15分鐘，因此也耽誤了下個行程

服務人員已經失去王品的企業文化，對待客人非常冷淡，一進門，接待人員完全沒有笑容，講話也冷冷的，因為時間還沒到就叫我們去座位區等待，用餐時，服務人員一直想收拾餐盤，也沒有溫暖的對話，這跟我三年前的同間夏慕尼完全不一樣了我真的很失望以後不會再去了
