    服務用心,環境舒適,上菜跟整理桌面時,服務員都是輕聲細語,主動過來添加去油解膩的果醋,主餐牛肉瓦片,肉質鮮嫩順口,令人驚嘆不已

    餐點美味且多元，份量剛好，上菜速度很快👍 只是這邊汽車停車格比較少，開車的朋友如果晚一些用餐的話只能停對面停車場 其他一切都不錯👌壽星慶生蛋糕和照片很暖心

    我們點的其中一道炙燒牛排，原本服務員告知會有一點血水，但送來是全熟牛排，只有這一點稍不滿意外，其他都很好。

    點餐到出餐速度尚可不至於等太久，餐點美味也有飽足感，結帳方式多元也可以下載王品集團的app累積點數折抵，附近停車位不多很容易被停滿建議可以停附近其他商場設施的停車場但可能會被收費除非有去消費

    非常糟糕的用餐體驗， 訂1:30的位子，服務員不知道在趕什麼不管餐桌上的食物是否用完，硬塞到桌子，趕鴨子上架吃東西的感覺非常糟糕！ 告知服務員，我們桌子沒位子放，就把食物放在旁邊，讓食物冷掉，讓客人吃冷掉的食物？貴司是提供套餐並非合菜，我們選擇你們餐廳就是要進行餐敘，就連平價牛排館是2小時的限時，請問貴司有用餐時限嗎？ 上餐時序混亂之外，餐桌上凌亂服務員在我們旁邊來回走都沒看見嗎？請問貴司員工訓練收餐桌是只有收盤子嗎？ 我們因為在貴集團其他家餐廳用餐體驗很不錯，所以選擇陶板屋進行慶生，坐不到兩小時想要聊個天，員工直接把冷氣關掉，因為要休息？若是2:30要店休就不該接1:30的客人，也該提早告知，我們可以選擇換一家餐廳，你們的服務態度讓我們的體驗非常非常糟糕，陶板屋我們下次不會再光顧，我也會告知我身邊的人貴餐廳的服務品質糟糕至極！

    服務人員忙不過來 ，不知道是太忙還是對流程不熟悉。 點菜有誤，飲料要先上但是最後才上，因為有兩位壽星，用餐時間過了，才送蛋糕和拍照。 食物很好吃，若是服務流程能更流暢，會很樂意再去用餐。

    服務親切有禮 食物好吃份量充足 上菜速度掌控得宜 但一樓一直有煙味飄上來，在櫃檯會聞到，飲食區不會。

    地板有點油，其他都不錯。餐點與其他間陶板屋一樣，店員相當親切，本次聚餐是為了慶生，服務生照片拍得不錯，洗照片速度也很快。

    每道餐點皆有特色，份量適中，CP值Ok,很適合商務或家庭聚餐，但唯一就是沒有餐廳所屬停車場，這一點比較不方便

    用飯人數很多，加上有小孩哭鬧，很無奈的用完餐，但這不是餐廳的錯，希望帶小孩用餐的父母在小孩哭鬧時先帶離現埸安撫小孩情緒，不然一起用餐的人心情會很低落。
