很nice，雖然沒多做營銷但都有用心服務，有在日本壽喜燒店的體驗感，東西好吃。這是關東口味，不會太濃或者太甜

食材非常新鮮，環境乾淨，每桌都有自己的私人空間。服務員非常貼心，默默的從旁了解客戶的需要並提供適當的服務，為我們的晚餐帶來了頂級的經驗。

湯頭非常新鮮，下過肉品及海鮮後的湯是可以喝，煮成粥也不會過鹹或海鮮味過濃。服務人員-小古對於每一道菜及整體SOP表現的很專業且很有自信且用心，也謝謝小古提供額外的服務價值做到讓顧客「有感」的專業服務，完全超越期待，會推薦親朋友來品嚐金月日本鍋料理。

冷盤很精緻，氛圍不錯，餐點menu簡單明瞭,服務品質很好，只是醬料的部分選項比較少，感覺會一直吃一樣的味道的食物
