   和牛整盤都是筋，肉質很差，跟店經理反應肉質問題，要我下次自行檢查肉況再決定要不要點，WTF? 店員臉一個比一個臭，介紹菜單像在念rap 完全聽不清楚，問餐點問題也沒好好回答馬上轉頭就走，以這價位來說 CP值很差

   建議牛腸鍋應該下架，相信沒有幾個人能正常咀嚼...(服務人員不斷提醒不可煮太久) 由此可知應該是多人都遇到這樣的問題...個人嘗試過各種不同時間的烹煮，結果是失望的！

   食材很新鮮肉質很Q彈 用餐環境不錯 服務人員親切有耐心價格也合理，是一家算得上CP 值高的餐廳，我會推薦朋友去吃！

   兩人到此用餐，精緻的氛圍，讓人放鬆，工作人員細心親切，和牛涮涮鍋鮮美，比起吃兩人套餐，我們更喜歡各自單點一鍋，畢竟套餐中的海鮮不是黑毛屋強項。

   特選和牛好吃，湯頭佳，用餐環境舒適，蔬菜盤別出心裁，點雙人套餐，醬汁很獨特！ 用心的店家，不過套餐的海鮮普普，下次只想點和牛鍋！

   隔壁桌子的人太吵了！喝酒 講話大聲 影響到隔壁附近人的用餐氣氛 導致我們跟店家要求要換桌、 實在是很困擾！

   因為過年想吃壽喜燒，特別提前預訂黑毛屋！當天準時於預訂時間抵達入座，因過年期間較忙碌服務人員僅做簡單的餐點介紹後請我們透過QR code進行點餐。待我們點餐完畢後，服務人員匆匆忙忙的跑來告知，壽喜燒的醬料賣完了，目前沒有此湯底，請我們更改別的湯底，當下除了充滿錯愕與無奈之外，我找不到別的感想： 1.若餐點部分品項銷售完畢或暫時無供應某主要品項，應於入座前先行告知，讓客戶有選擇的權利；今天就是因為黑毛屋是壽喜燒專門店而來，結果吃其他湯底，讓人覺得非常惋惜！ 2.讓人更無法接受，於用餐一個小時後，隔壁新入座的客人被告知，「壽喜燒」湯底可以正常供應；這讓人感受非常不好，請問是在開玩笑嗎？要不是服務人員在惡搞客戶，就是餐廳備貨不齊全，值得審慎檢討！ 3.一個連鎖餐飲集團的高單價壽喜燒餐廳，應除了注重食材品質外，於服務面與員工訓練面應更加注重，避免此尷尬情事再次發生！

    w哦觉得满好吃的、就是桌距太近了，服务满好的。建议多点些单点项目（如果食量大的话）！！！！！！！！！
