Open Table TOP 50 Best Southern Restaurant in USA offering a casual, affordable, fine dining atmosphere with breakfast / brunch / lunch all seven days and dinner Monday through Saturday with cage free eggs, biscuits, pancakes, seafood, prime steak, veal, pastas & featuring 40 wines by the glass and 150 selections. Located just off West End at 102 -19th Ave S in the West End / Vanderbilt / Music Row / Midtown / Medical Center neighborhoods. Since 1987, casual fine dining with quality ingredients prepared and served by caring professionals.

Open weekdays for Breakfast 8am-2pm. Lunch 11am-2pm Mon-Sun. Dinner starting at 4:30 Monday - Thursday and 5:00pm Friday and Saturday.
Complementary Valet Parking for Lunch and Dinner

Shuttle offered for events at Tpac, Ryman, The Symphony, and Bridgestone with a 40$/ person check minimum. Must call restaurant to reserve shuttle seats. Requests made on Open Table may not be honored, due to limited seating.

                                                                                  Midtown will never be the same without restauranteur Randy Rayburn- but his warmth & attention to guests was s still Felt. Brunch is not only delicious but very moderately priced in an overly inflated Nashville dining scene. Guests are not customers, but friends- in our case 37 yrs!

                                                                                  Very expensive disappointment-grits, potatoes, bacon and sausage all overcooked and bland tasting-didn’t know how to cook eggs over medium!!! How could this terrible place get such a high rating? Must have many family and friends sending in numerous false ratings is all I can think of AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

                                                                                  A little slow to get order and drinks in but overall the food was amazing!!! Three of us shared Brussels, grits and fried green tomatoes. Also got the Meatloaf and chicken dish. Had crème brûlée, coconut cake (sooooo good) and lava cake (usually my go to but least favorite here). Very pleased with the whole experience

We laughed and talked. The evening with my colleagues couldn't have been any better! I highly recommend Midtown Cafe for your next evening out.
